Accessibility: features, navigation and commitment
This website presents architectural accessibility services. You can navigate, read and contact us without enabling extra tools. Personalization features are optional.
Reviewed on October 22, 2026.
Commitment and limitations
We use WCAG 2.2 as a reference, aiming to meet levels A and AA and implementing relevant AAA improvements. This is not a certification or a claim of full AAA conformance. Automated testing does not replace human evaluation with assistive technologies.
Speech depends on your browser and operating system. VLibras is complementary automatic Portuguese-to-Brazilian-Sign-Language translation, activated on request; it does not replace a human interpreter. Avatar loading and operation depend on the external service. External maps and contact applications may have their own limitations. Screen-reader and user testing remain necessary.
How to navigate
Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between links and controls; Enter or Space to activate compatible controls; Escape to close dialogs and the language selector. The first shortcuts lead to content, accessibility options, navigation and the footer. Change language in the header. This directory provides another way to find pages.
Reading features
The universal accessibility button opens text, spacing, color and motion settings. Reading mode offers a narrower column, paragraph spacing and color choices. A heading index and read-aloud controls are also available. Restore defaults at any time. Browser zoom remains available. Nothing plays automatically.
Request help or report a barrier
If you encounter a barrier, tell us which page you used, what you tried to do and your browser or assistive technology. Medical information is not required. We can discuss an alternative way to access the information.
